The structure

A mission locked into the charter

As a Public Benefit Corporation, MSH's board is legally bound to balance shareholder returns with a specific public benefit — the restoration of regional hydrological systems — and the interests of the communities it serves. The purpose can be changed only by a two-thirds supermajority. Mission and margin are aligned by design, not left to good intentions.

The 30-year vision

From a pilot to a continental water network

We begin with inland brackish groundwater in California's Central Valley. Over decades, the model scales to acquiring and retrofitting stranded oil-and-gas pipelines — reversing their flow to move seawater inland to desalination nodes co-located with data centers, replenishing aquifers, refilling depleted lakes, and irrigating reforestation corridors.

Presented as direction — our near-term economics stand entirely on the brackish-water, single-node business.

Founder & the build ahead

Shawn McIntyre — Founder & President. Sole incorporator of MSH; leads fundraising, partnerships, permitting, and public-benefit governance.

The pre-seed funds a lean engineering core — a lead thermal/process engineer and a systems integrator for the control software — with fractional hydrogeology, permitting, and IP counsel. A credentialed technical co-founder is our top near-term recruit.
